Parade

The parade started with the flags and the military band.

Mya was worried that the "bug get you" would get too close.

This is Columbia High School Band.  This will be Katie next year.

The puppets were fun for the kids to see. Kinsey said never trust a puppet.

Evan had a great time until he decided he was hungry and wanted to go home.

Honestly, who drives a shoe.  Isn't Chad clever with his comments?

Chad needed this picture.  There was another dressed in blue and they had no faces.

Evan and Mya loved the fire trucks until they got too noisy.

The only horses in the Parade were the trick riders.  You can barely see the lasso.

Katie's award

The Womens Century Club held a contest for art, short stories and poetry.  Katie entered a short story and a poem.  She loves to write and the story she entered was one she wrote the night before the deadline.  The poem was one she wrote last summer.  She came home with this 2nd place ribbon, this certificate and $5.00 for her short story. I am so proud of her.

Like Father Like Son

My boys are too much alike.  They sure make me laugh.

Donny and Marie

I took Evan to Wal-Mart today and we had Donny and Marie Osmond sign their new CD. They were not allowing pictures with them and hurrying people through the line but I was able to get this quick picture.  Marie told me I had a beautiful name (thank you mom).

My Little Man is 3

Dun Na Na Naa.  SuperEvan to the rescue. Isn't he cute.

He had to wear the cape Grandma Robin bought him.

Evan was proud of his cake.

This was the same cake Chad had when he turned 7.

Evan had help blowing out his candles.

He is proud to be three.  I can't wait for the terrible 3's.  He has a big boy bed now and all we have left is potty training (he has no interest at all).

Rondom Pictures

I have some pictures with no common theme but wanted to share them.
For April Fools Day, we made octopus sushi rolls for Chad.

This is the last 20 minutes of Conference on Saturday.  I am sure they got a lot out of it.

Kinsey was a Dalmatian in Disney with a twist.  She is on the bottom row, third from left.

Evan makes use of his coat, even when there is no hat.

Look what Katie can do.

Kisses to all

Mya was given these lips at a party she went to.  We wanted to send kisses to those we love.

He reminds me of his dad!
